As always great visit!

Every moment of my total experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the warm and welcoming receptionist staff to the dental assistant and of course to Dr. Palacios everything could not have gone better. I appreciate the active listening skills of all staff involved, the competence caring and empathy every one of them displayed. I could not recommend Dr. Palacios’s highly enough. I hope my upcoming interactions and visits will maintain the same high standard.

The Best team ever!!! Dr Palacios is so good. She will tell you what your issues are but will not push you.
Louise the hygienist is the best I have ever had. I was terrified of cleanings and going to the dentist, but they have both compassion and understanding of your fears and makes you feel secure and talks you through all of it if needed and for me it is needed. lol

The very knowledgeable, caring staff makes Eastside Prosthodontics the BEST I’ve experienced! Dr. Palacios Always explains why she recommends a certain procedure whether it is seating a crown or “just filling a cavity”.

Unfortunately I was very late for my appointment but Dr. Palacios was nice enough to allow me to squeeze in and take care of my dental issue. A lot of other dentists would have canceled my appointment and reschedule me for another day. I am very grateful for Dr. Palacios for taking care of me.

Rosario accepted my call after business hours and squeezed in an appointment to fix my tooth the next day. So grateful!

Today my dentist completed the installation of my latest implant. The install involved the addition of the external crown, which is attached to implant below the gum line. The process was finished within less than half an hour and went very smoothly, no pain. The bite matched very well. Excellent experience. The dental team worked very well together.

Once again, Dr Palacios and her team came through for me just days before my trip to Europe. They saved a tooth that was ready to escape, post and all and enabled me to proceed with the trip in confidence. Thank you all. I guess you have a return customer.

A brilliant dentist who takes great care of her patients by accommodating their needs during procedures. Her staff is exceptional also working well with the doctor. The office even follows up with their patients reminding them to bring in a night guard when coming in. The doctor is kind and patient. The doctor does beautiful work.

My routine hygiene appointment went great. Lisa, my hygienist was very nice, thorough and explained everything. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in the chair. ❤️
